A lot of our time is spent online and the content we take in has the power to direct our mood. That's why it's important to fill your online space with sources of positivity. We've got you covered with 4 insanely inspiring women whose Instagram posts, stories and overall vibes will have you happy you logged on!

Candice Nikeia is what you get if a modern day Disney Princess was crushing it in the blogging world (you've probably seen her in few campaigns this year). The Los Angeles based blogger has made it her mission to spread positivity through daily affirmations. Each day she takes to her Instagram Story with an uplifting affirmation and talks about why the saying should be important to you. What we love about her daily bit of motivation is how makes you stop what you're doing and be present. Candice's words of encourage are bound to have you walking a little taller and believing in yourself a lot more. If you aren't already familiar with Candice's charming personality or her chic style then the affirmations are just another reason to hit the follow button!

Jemeela Jamil is quite the opposite of the painfully perfect character, Tahani Al-Jamil, she plays on The Good Place. In fact, her entire online presence (including her IWeigh movement) is all about dispelling beauty standards the entertainment industry and society in general have upheld. We love that Jameela is all about inclusiveness and has a no-tolerance policy for shaming of any kind. Having dealt with her own body image struggles she is a great source of encouragement and a reminder that society can honestly... suck it!

She recently took to her IG to embrace a billboard for the show's latest season where arms had not been photoshopped. She zoomed in the photo saying "I get back fat in Every. Single. Bra. And I used to hide/bin so many photos because of ’muffin tops’/double chins/‘imperfections’ because I never saw them on people on TV. #freethebackfat #letabitchlive.” If her kick ass attitude and honesty isn't enough to give her a follow I don't know what is!

Arielle Estoria is a walking talking source of light and love! Not only does she do motivational speaking but she has written some of the loveliest poetry that you need to hear. Her IG feed is full of really inspiring quotes and 9.5 times out of 10 they are her own words. We are all perfect in our own way and Arielle will make sure you don't forget it. Each and every post of her is like being spoon fed optimism. So if you need someone to remind you not to be so hard on yourself and or just need a warm soul to put a smile on your face this is the woman to follow!

Vic Styles is like a magical self-care nomad. If there is anything you want to know about how the "freelance life-liver" treats her stunning skin, maintains that luscious hair or where she got an amazing piece of clothing (the woman styled for a living so she can dress with the best of em) you can bet she's going to share! But one thing we really love about Vic is how upfront she is about mental health. She lays it all out of the table when it comes to her personal journey with body image (good and bad) and how she is doing emotionally. Not only does Vic lifestyle remind you to never settle for less than what makes you happy but her honesty is a great example of "It's okay to not be okay." Her platform is an overall experience and we recommend following her ASAP!
