SHIPPING + RETURNS
Due to COVID-19 delays, please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order, but we'll do everything we can to get it to you sooner. You will receive an email once your order ships!
If your package shows delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to USPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. USPS will allow you to file a claim.
If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, please reach out to us when you place your order to request a "signature required" delivery.

RETURNS + REFUND
All returns are accepted 10 days after delivery. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 10 days after tracking delivery date. Returns made after 10 days from the delivery date will NOT be accepted.
If you would like to make a return, please reach out to LIVISH Customer Service at email@example.com to verify return eligibility before sending pieces back.
Eligible returns will receive a refund for the amount paid for the item.
Refunds will be processed when the item has been received in our office. Upon return, your item will be inspected.If eligible, credits will be issued for the purchase price. Please allow up to 10 days for your credit to process.
