My usual morning routine consist of a nice cup of tea and while it's is great for my immune system it doesn't give me the burst of of energy I sometime need. So every now and then I find myself buying instant coffee for a stronger buzz. Unfortunately drinking coffee is like playing a game of Russian roulette with a stomach ache and crashing as my downfall.
As of lately I've seen a surge in posts about matcha all over Instagram. So after scrolling Tiktok for recipes and finding an acceptable brand I gave it a try. Turns out it's super tasty and so much better for you than the old java bean!
