The power of the morning hour is truly transformative. Instead of rushing into the day, carve out a few minutes for mindfulness and meditation. Sit in quiet reflection, focusing on your breath and setting positive intentions for the week. Meditation helps you center yourself, reduce stress, and increase clarity – all essential ingredients for a great week.


Tip: if you feel like you don't have the time or the nerves to sit still in the morning try playing a mediation video in the back ground (or in your headphones) while you do your morning tasks. You'll find yourself being calm self consciously and your flow start to slow as your go along.

Nourish Your Body with a Healthy Breakfast

Your body is your temple, and it deserves the best. Start your week with a nutritious breakfast that fuels your body and mind. Don't forget to hydrate before you get into your first cup of coffee!

Set S.M.A.R.T. Goals

One of the keys to a successful week is having clear and achievable goals. Use the S.M.A.R.T. criteria to set your objectives: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound.


  • Specific - What will you achieve? Why is this goal important? Who is involved?

  • Measurable - How will I know when it is accomplished?

  • Achievable - Do you have the right skills and resources? How can I accomplish this goal?

  • How realistic is the goal, based on other constraints, such as financial factors?

  • Relevant - Does this seem worthwhile? Is this the right time? Does this match my other efforts/needs?

  • Time-bound - What is the deadline for accomplishing the goal? What can I do today to get closer to achieving this goal? What can I do six weeks from now? What can I do six months from now?

SMART is an effective tool that provides the clarity, focus and motivation you need to achieve your goals. This structured approach ensures that your goals are not just wishes but actionable steps towards your dreams. Write them down, and you'll be amazed at how much progress you can make.


Tip: Beware of setting goals that someone else has power over. For example, "Get that promotion!" depends on who else applies, and on the recruiter's decision. But "Get the experience and training that I need to be considered for that promotion" is entirely down to you.
