It turns out those adorably named smoothies from J*mba and R*bek's aren't as revitalizing as they make them out to be *insert pretends to be shocked meme*. Most of the drinks from your favorite smoothie chains are full of sugar and lack the ingredients you need to feel full.

We recently stumbled upon the "Fab Four" smoothie that was coined by health coach and nutritionist, Kelly Leveque. Her phrase has been making it's way across the health community and for good reason! Kelly created the formula to help her clients’  build a low sugar meal replacement smoothie. The four main ingredients helps with energy, skin health, and weight loss. All while filling you up until your next meal!

And since 2020 is the year of "I have food at home" (according to twitter) let's put away the punch cards, grab a produce bag (sustainable we hope *side eye*) and start building!
