We all can agree that the most important part of a makeup routine, whether glam or simple, is the brows. And your vanity has probably seen it's fair share of empty Anastasia Beverly Hills products. But over on the clean side of things there aren't many products living up to the infamy of their Brow Wiz and Brow Definer. Well we've put in the man hours (trail and error leading to bad brows) over here at LIVISH and we've found 2 non-toxic dupes for their cult classics!
Brow Definer
Those of you who use a thicker pencil to whip your brows into shape are probably already big fans of the Anastasia Brow Definer. Well look no further than the Found Beauty Shape and Define Pencil. It goes on with just the right amount of pigment (no caterpillar brows here!). Not only is it non-toxic, it's also CHEAPER! This bad boy will only run you $7 as opposed to the $23 price tag of the ABH version. It comes in Universal Taupe (for blondes/lighter hair), Medium Brown and Dark Brown. Another plus is the accessibility. You can find the Definer dupe in the beauty isles of your local Walmart!
Brow Wiz
If you stripped the packaging of the Jane Iredale Retractable Brow Pencil and the Anastasia Brow Wiz you wouldn't be able to tell the difference! It's a true dupe!
As someone with oily skin, an issues I've found with most brow products is the slippage. A lot of pencils I've tried, it's a thin line between a slight curve and full on McDonald arches. This product however, goes where you want it to go and stays there. Which helps cuts sculpting time in half!
This Wiz dupe comes in Blonde, Ashe Blonde, Brunette, Medium Brunette and Dark Brunette and can be found at many retailers including, Planet Beauty, Nordstom and the Jane Iredale website. Warning: The JI version will cost you $3 more (ABH $21/JI $24) but if your goal is to keep it CLEAN this is a great alternative. You won't regret it!
